How to Edit Feeder/Fictional players in draft?

Hi there. I remember from OOTP 10 there was an option for the mlb amateur draft to allow only feeder league players to go in the draft pool, fictional players or a combination of the two, but I forgot where to go in the user interface to edit this. Where can I find this option?

Hey Bluenoser I checked there and I didnt see the option. Is this only available to edit in the offseason?

Yes. It is not available during the season.
