Team Control Settings - AI suggestions possible?

I started a new Major League game, and would like to be mostly in control of the team. I delegated the Minor League controls to the AI. A couple of the settings (Roster Moves and Transactions) I would like to have the AI monitor, but not make changes without my approval. Is there a way to do this? It seems like the only to options I have are full control to myself or full control to the AI.

Also, I thought the first time I started the game I was able to open the manual, but now the link doesn't work from the game and I can only get to the OOTP 11 manual from the website. Maybe I was looking at the 11 manual before and didn't realize it?

Thanks for the help.

Yes, you can only keep control or delegate control. You don't have an option to approve or deny once you have delegated control.

There is no OOTP12 manual yet. The OOTP11 manual is still very useful for most questions.
