Stadium not enlarging . . .

I set up a fictional to start in 1900. Let it sim to 2010, noting in 1990 or so I forgot to tick the "adjust financials" box. I had major leaguer players making less than minimum wage

Anyway. I took over a team in 2010, and noticed that practically all the teams are using 2-3000 seat stadiums. The exceptions are the teams that recently moved, which are seating between 35-40000 seats.

I did another historical league, with the same result. ML teams had about 2600 seating capacity. Minors had about 19000. I submitted a ticket.
