Managers: "decent, OK, average"

I need to hire a AAA manager, and can't quite figure out which is better, OK, decent or average. And I do not immediately see salary demands (I think this comes up if I select a guy to make an offer to.

This is probably not as consequential a matter as whether to scout players in North Korea, but I'm a rookie here.

Given those three, from best to worst, it's Decent, Average, and OK.

If you go to available personnel and click a column at the top to sort, you'll see the hierarchy more clearly.
