Team Manager

I started a current MLB season and created myself as manager. yet when I go to the team home page, an look at team personnel...Joe Girardi is listed as manager.

Am I doing something wrong?

Doesn't that make you the "General" Manager? I'm not sure I'm new too. But it seems we act as the GM, although in PbP mode I guess we come down to the dugout and seize control.

Your actual position is general manager, although you can do the in game managing as you please. There should be an option to fire the current manager and you can hire another manager, a bench coach, or both to help you run the team.
