Trade offers from foreign leagues

Is there a way to turn off trading between teams in different leagues? Playing an MLB league with a couple of foreign leagues activated and am getting trade offers from Japanese league teams.

I don't have 12 (yet), but in previous versions there has always been the ability in league setup to determine whether or not teams in MLB (for example) can receive offers from teams in other 'major' leagues.
