It will be a 28 team league, 2 teams are already filled. http://bapl-ootp.tripod.com is its site. autarkis33@yahoo.com to e-mail me with interest. Check it out. The league file will be put up sometime tomorrow so you can check out some players that will be available. It is primarily a fictional league with one small twist.
