Maybe they are sending to individual distribution lists. Your emails might be on a distro that is being sent out a little later. I'm sure it's a busy day on their end either way.

I'm in the same boat. Pre-ordered in January, received the initial confirmation email, nothing received yet and nothing in spam folder. I have had read that other Gmail users had it in their spam folder, but I've double and triple checked and nothing so far.

I'm just glad I'm still at the office. My withdrawal symptoms haven't had the chance to kick in yet!

I pre-ordered in March, have not received my e-mail with the game link but have received two confirming registration for the forums.

Guys, who did your confirmation of purchase e-mail come from? I am starting to fear that I actually didn't pre-order (it was so long ago). I am just looking for the name of the sender - was it just "OOTP Developments" like most of the e-mails or from a webstore?

This sucks.

Try PMing Andreas, that's what I did, and he got back to me with the download link after sending him the order information from the order summary of the email you got when you ordered.
