I'm curious what affect how much money you spend on the player development budget actually has. If you spend the max, do you have a better chance of having late draft picks become respectable players?

I would also like to know this, but it doesn't look like we are going to get an answer for awhile as markus already said in another post that this game will not have a manual at first with no time table on when the manual will be released. This kind of sucks because some of the new features have not really been explained. And it looks like the league ave. is 8 million and I hate pumping in double or triple that and not even knowing what it is doing.

Although I am very happy with the feature I just wished I knew more about it. Along with some of the other features that we don't know anything about.
