market size

Can market size change over time depending on if you win or lose? Like can the Yankees go dpwm and the pirates up? Can these changes be large or just small?

I have seen market size increase so I guess its possible it could decrease as well.

Yes, markets go up and down.

I imagine based on record since it's really the only thing OOTP can base it on.

Couldn't it also be based on fan interest - which, admittedly is probably closely tied to winning, though not always. Winning teams can have relatively low fan interest (Rays), or losing teams can have relatively high fan interest (Cubs). I would think consistently having a high fan interest over several years could lead to an increase in market size

This is probably most likely. Again I really have no idea myself but that would seem to be the most logical way for it to work.
