League/Team Cash - Ques

Right now my league maximum cash is set to $229,988
what determines this? I orig set financial info to 1976 when i started the league and now its 5 sns later.

If I set it to 1 million or even 10 million what changes would happen? would arbitration eligible players ask for more then normal? I want these teams to be able to afford players from the other 2 main leagues where the avg elite player makes 10+ million.

I want the league to have more for free agents and to also be able to sign 1st rd picks which 3 teams failed to do. (all 3 teams have $$ available)

I **think** how much players ask for in terms of salary / arbitration is based on the year and historical data, not the cash flow. I could be extremely wrong, I haven't done many historical leagues

Excessive cash flow will cause players to ask for more than normal, but you can have crazy incomes with a small max cash limit--it just disappears.
