Reports - how to reduce size of upload

Recently, my league has been uploading these huge report files (240 megs +)... and I simply don't want to burn out my wireless connection, etc. doing this, as sometimes uploads restart on my network.

How do I reduce the size? I've intentionally left out many of our other leagues, historical data, pictures, and I've selected it's web reports.

Does anyone have any specific setting recommendations?

Do you have "upload changed images' checked? If so, uncheck it.
