Soccer-like schedule for MLB setup

I'll apologize in advance if my search skills missed it, but does anyone have a soccer-like schedule for a Major League setup?

Basically I'm looking for a 30-team, current MLB division/league setup, with somewhere between a 30-40 game schedule spread over six months or so. Typically one game a week on the weekends, occasionally two with a midweek game added.

If not, I could deal with a 60-70 game schedule playing twice a week, weekends and one midweek.

I was looking for something similar for my Italian Baseball League (Serie A and Serie B teams - with relegation and promotion). 20 Teams, one game a week, 38 games. Could find nothing. There were some HS schedules close, but not what I wanted.

I finally made my own - setting schedlue to :

- 1 game series/38 game season/balance schedule
- exported the schedule
- then just openend the schedule file and changed the game days to 1-8-15 etc.

Only took about an hour, though tedious.

Found this schedule that is close to what you are looking for. Twice a week, but for 40 teams.
