What the....
I just resigned Pujols to 6 yrs @ 16 mil per which is whatever.... But just now the mets gave Reyes a 4 yr 54.76 mil contract. That's over 17 mil per yr. Really?!?!? For a decent shortstop?

Sorry I just realized my math was off. Still pretty pricey for a decent SS.

In my league, Jason Kubel signed for more than 20 mil per year.

There is no limit to the lengths I would go to sign Jason Kubel. A mere 20 million per season would be too insulting for my opening offer.
