NL DH (spring training only)

I was just wondering if it is possible to DH in the NL ONLY during spring training. I know there is an option to put the DH in the NL, but I do not want to click it right before spring training and be stuck with it for the whole season. Thank you in advance.

Turn it on in league setup, when ST is over, disable it again.

So you can disable it between ST and the season I'm assuming.
