Is there a way to roll the date back?

I am trying out a fantasy draft using the major league QuickStart that came with 11. The only thing about it is that it starts you off the day before opening day. I would Like to start in January instead. Any way around this?

I'm wondering about this myself.

The Version 8 MLB QuickStart begins on January 2nd. When was it changed? I get that the idea is Opening Day rosters, but then why was Version 8 different?

You can't roll OOTP back without restoring from a backup.

It's a bit of work, but you could create a new template with the quickstart and use your desired start date.
