CSV Exporter Progress

1st -- Markus was able to point me in the right direction (thank you a TON markus!!), and I believe I have a working version.

2nd -- I've sent cut #1 to a couple of people to help me & Pete test this.

3rd -- I am working on code now to eliminate the need to put the .dat files in C:\TEMP. I believe I have something working.

Hopefully, if everything goes well, I'll have a suite of PLAYER, TEAM and LEAGUE exporters working soon.

I'll keep you posted.
