Fielding ratings help

I am using Spritze's HS database with recal off.
I started my league in 1976 and almost every outfielder important had zeros across the board in their fielding ratings. I am having the same problems in the draft. I tried setting rookie fielding ratings to be adjusted for career and then for 3-year period. Nothing changed.
This problem only seems to affect only outfielders, with infielders and pitchers coming in with ratings.
Any help would be appreciated.

If the fielding.csv file gets opened in a spreadsheet even just for viewing what you are seeing is the result. The spreadsheet changes the column to type Integer and rounds most all of it to zero.

Make a copy and open that.
