AL Getting rid of DH
So I'm only at the end of 2012 in my first real OOTP game, and I get a notice that the AL has eliminated the DH. Does this happen frequently in leagues?
I did search, trying to find some discussion on this event, but didn't find it. I assume if I wanted to change this back, I can just re-enable the DH rule under League Rules. I don't think I will, it's kinda fun and I'll roll with it. |

I have no problem with story lines, they should not be active by default though.

This doesn't have to do with story lines so much as it does "Automatic League Evolution". You can fine tune the things you want to allow to change in league setup.

I don't care what feature was responsible. It should not be on by default if it has the ability to materially change a current league. OOTPB gives no warning of the change when you port from previous versions or when you install a patch. That's just wrong.
