Player Ratings

I'm searching for the options in game where I can alter how player ratings are shown. The only option I can find is one where you choose to show the rating in a bar graph or numbers only. Are there more options where you can edit the ratings range, say 1-100 rather than 1-20? (I thought I had seen this option somewhere in the past.)

Also, as for player personality ratings, I have seen some while talking about a player speak of their "player's work ethic rating being 85" or something. All I can find on player personality is on their BNN player page where it is listed in word form only, i.e. normal, high, excellent, etc. I'd like to turn this into number format as well and be able to find hem easier than going to each player's BNN home page.

Are these things possible?

You can change/select the rating scale on the Game Setup>Global Setup page.
