Adjust free agency date

In my league free agents file 11/19 but I have 2 independent leagues where free agents can come over to my main league. But there free agents file 11/1. i want all free agents to file the same day. Can I change these dates?

I don't know of any way to change it, but I believe it all depends on when the championships end. If the playoffs all end on the same day then the offseasons should coincide.
