Help - Lineup Error

i am having a lineup error
Screenshot #1 shows that i have all my slots filled
#2 shows that i am missing a RF spot, i orig noticed this with my 2B but he was injured but not on the DL
#3 skips the 6th spot.

sorry ignore this, Michael Jordan is my staring RF vs LHP and was inujured....but i figured the game would still put his backup Pedro MArtinez or Harold Baines into the lineup
