Brand new league (AFBL) in need of owners
Hello everyone,
I'm starting up a completely brand new OOTP 11 league and I am in need of more owners. Like I said this is a completely new league so I'm allowing the founding owners to choose their team's specifics (state, name, logo, etc.). The league is modeled after the NPBL which I'm in and that Chappy does an amazing job of running. League Name: American Federation Baseball League (AFBL) Website: American Federation Baseball League - Index Rules: American Federation Baseball League: Home of the AFBL Rules OOTP Forum Username: mstreeter06 Email: mstreeter06 [AT] gmail [DOT] com AIM: mstreeter06 Game Required?: Preferred but we can work something out if you plan to purchase soon. Players: Fictional Special Rules & Settings: No financials, no DH, read the rules page Available teams: any state in the USA; Kansas, Maryland, Illinois, Texas, Ohio, New York, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Florida, California, Nevada, Delaware taken so far. This should be a great league and I encourage you to join and become a founding owner. Email me or catch me on AIM about joining. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you! We are now up to 10 owners. My minimum is 16 but I'd love to get to 24. Come on by and become a founding owner of a league that will be a blast to be in. If you want to see what the league will be like check out NPBL which I've been in for awhile and it is a fantastic league. Thanks and hopefully I'll see you over in the AFBL! Message me on AIM (mstreeter06), email, or simply on the league website to join!

Looks like this league fizzled out before it ever got started.
To any of the owners who were signed up, you can bring your team names, images, uniforms, etc. to the PRML. We are looking for a few good owners. See our Ad here.

it'd be nice to see a new normal league startup, a lot of fictional, or weird rules leagues out there. a modern or historical league without editing/rewards would be nice to see for a change. ah a man can dream.

Modern leagues turn into fictional leagues real quick though, then you have the problem of the original GM's losing interest because they want real rosters and fictional players not wanting to take over the Los Angeles Dodgers etc. I personally would love to be in a historical league that mimics as much of real baseball as possible, and not things like fictional players or full minors before the minors were even around.
