Relocated Team Finances

I have relocated a team in my league from a big market size (that has a fairly large budget) city to a small market city. How will this influence the team's budget? Is there an immediate difference?

You have to manually edit the settings (market size, fan loyalty, etc.) and then, you're still playing with last year's money
