Minor league team forfeit game

This doesn't happen all that often:

Has this ever happened in the Major Leagues?

Many years ago Earl Weaver forfeited a game in Toronto based on safety.

September 15, 1977 Baltimore Orioles at Toronto Blue Jays Box Score and Play by Play - Baseball-Reference.com

Retrosheet has a list of all forfeited Major League games. It also has a list of overturned forfeited games as well as a list of games which were played to a result but which were later removed from the team's records.
