Help understanding financial reports

I need some help trying to figure out how finances are being calculated.

I did some quick math assuming that OOTP charges the player expenses on a per game basis (that is what it looked like from my solo league).

This is info from two teams in my online league. We just went through the draft and an owner says his expenses are $6 million higher after the draft even though we have signing bonuses turned off.

---------------------- Asheville---------------- New York
Player Salaries--------$78,810,000.00---------- $92,037,900.00
Games/Season----------182----------------------182
Per Game $----------$433,021.98 -------------$505,702.75
Games YTD -----------69------------------------70
Expected YTD $------$29,878,516.48---------- $35,399,192.31
Actual YTD $---------$40,469,373--------------$42,093,903
Unexplained Expense--$10,590,856.52----------6,694,710.69

I looked through the HTML for the league and there is nothing indicating any major expense (no releasing of a big salaried player, no trade for a high salaried player) that would cause this discrepency. Perhaps I am missing some detail? If not, could this be a bug with the draft bonuses where they are gettting charged even though they are turned off?

Here is a link to the league html: http://www.overthemound.com/otm/news..._100_home.html

Here are the team finances:

Even when advanced negotiations are turned off, they are still signed to the demand.

So yes, they're still getting charged bonuses.

does that make sense?

Any way to see what was awarded to the various players or is it all hidden?
