I just upgrade to XP pro and my liceanse information is gone.
i first want to know if this will effect me playing the game?
second i want to know if i can put the information back on when i start the game up

You should have "unlicensed" the game before installing XP. You need to contact Via-Tech to have that one restored. If you will look in the OOTP4 folder you should find a copy of your reciept that you can use to "re-license" it so that it will work again.

When you try and play the game again you may (I don't know for sure) have re-enter your liscence information. (Check your email for the receipt or the OOTP4 directory) After that call Via Tech and they will restore the lost liscence (if you lost one) if you prove purchase. If you have problems than Via Tech is the place to call for help.
