editing a player's ratings?

I'm a long time ootp player and just purchased OOTP 11 last night but for the life of me I cant figure out how to edit a player's ratings. In past versions you would go to a player's screen then ratings then near the top right there was a "edit" button but I cant seem to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Make your self a commissioner and then you can edit in mangers Options

If you are commissioner, there will be an Editor tab at the top of every player's profile.

It's in the same place its always been. You need to be in Commissioner mode to access it, which is also unchanged from previous versions.
