Player development report 'issues'

So. Upon comparing the previous report to the current report in the 'player development report' section, the only way that this information updates to the current date is to access the player profile and click on scouting reports.

Upon backing out to the player development report screen, the most recent date and any respective changes have been made.

Is there not a way to have the most recent scouting reports reflected in the player development report without have to run through each individual player? Seems like I am missing something here.

Also, can individual player ratings vary based upon them getting add'l playing time and/or hot/cold at big league level? For instance, if I don't play someone for an extended period of time, can that accumulating 'rust' result in a decline to their ratings?

BTW - scouting/coaching is turned off.

I don't know if this is the answer or helps at all but I've noticed that if you don't do individual reports this will probably only update when OSA runs their annual report, because you have scouting off. With scouting on I believe it runs a semi annual report from your actual scout and an annual report from OSA.
