Does anyone else's game crash at 1 point in multiple franchises?

I submitted a support ticket as well but I've had no luck yet. Once I get to roughly 154 games into a 162 game season (my first season of a dynasty) my game crashes, and it always crashes once I hit save, and the save bar goes up to 73% and it says that it is "saving messages" and then the error message pops up. Has this happened to anyone else?

I am having a similar issue. I am not as far along into the seaon as you are (I am just reaching the all star break in my first season).

I left my computer and the game running overnight and windows installed new updates and restarted. Ever since, the game crashes upon saving.

I have requested a ticket and I am waiting on a response. I am hoping that the game doesn't have to be reinstalled. I don't want to lose my precious team!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that game is probably gone forever. During the updates when Windows restarted it probably corrupted the league file. I could be wrong though so don't lose hope.

I sadly figured as much. At least I was only halfway through my first season. Let this be a lesson for all to shut down AND save your game before going to bed!

In my never-ending quest to explore the obvious .... could it be a case of running out of hard drive space while saving?

I just checked and I don't see any tickets that have not been replied too that are regarding crashes. Maybe you should either check your spam folder or go and login and check that way.

Or you can just send me a PM and tell me your ticket id and I'll see what's going on.

I responded to your ticket, but as megamanmatt said, your league files are almost certainly corrupt and there are no tools for fixing corrupt leagues. If other leagues weren't loading either, then you might be in luck, but I'm assuming other leagues work, right?
