League rules?

I'm trying my first game w/ ootp 11; when trying some trades, I get a msg from other Mgr: "Sorry, the player you are offering does not match our league rules". what does this mean; never saw it in previous versions

I bet you are running afoul of these roster rules, particularly the Foreign Players Limit and particularly if you are Trading with [an]other Major League which may have differen rules than your own league. Pretty cool to be told why, though, rather than just be refused.
