Can anyone help the dummy?

I realize this probably needs to be in the mods seciton, but it doesn't looks as if that section gets as much traffic as this one. I am running OOTP11 and imported a game from a previous version. I also downloaded Padresfan's photo pack. The player photos from the previous version are working fine, however I can't get the ones from Padresfan to work. I have loaded them into every graphics-related folder I can find, conducted a force update function on the setup and nothing changes. The worst part is I am not very computer litterate. Does anyone have time to break down (step-by-step) what I need to do from A-Z in order to get Padresfans potopack working? Thanks!

Poking around I see there are several directories with a photos or pictures sub-folder. I figure I haven't loaded my photos into the right directory. Can someone post the path to the correct directory for my photo files? I am sure the fix is that simple. Thanks!

Mine are loaded in the OOTP Baseball 11/Photos directory. I believe if you start a new league after it'll work. If they aren't there when the league starts I believe you will have to go into the league file, and go to the news/html/images directory and place them there. I'm not 100% positive that will do the trick, but I think it will.

The manual is a great resource for questions like this. Here is the section that covers where to put player photos:

NYY - I think your solution is what I am looking for. I loaded the photos after I started the game. I will give that a shot.

Padresfan - Thank you for your awesome mods! Before I posted my question I did follow the manual and it still didn't work, so that's when I decided to throw this out to the board. I will be taking NYY's suggestion and starting another league now that I have my photos saved where it appears they need to be saved.

Thanks again guys.
