I should know how to do these two things but don't

Back around OOTP 20 I had no problems with these things but for some reason I am having issues here. (this is using ootp 25).

1. When I start expansion draft I get message that there is error with unequal amount of Rookie League teams. I don't understand. I am adding two teams to the exact same rookie league have no idea how this is possible. (Edit: this is for sure only one rookie team per MLB team and in same division). this has stopped me from expanding at all and I use to LOVE building up new franchises.

2. (Edit: Figured this one out forgot about the downloadable schedules) Finally, I want to restructure my leagues but I am having big problems getting a decent/non random schedule. I find the list but how do I actually find one? Right now would like to run 32 team/16 per league schedule using balanced formatting but I haven't slightest idea how go about doing this.

Still expansion draft is kinda ruining things for me lol
