Fantasy Baseball Alternative

I've been playing fantasy baseball for years and am looking for a different kind of experience. From what I hear, OOTP is the best sim out there. A couple of questions that I would be grateful if someone could answer:

1. Can I start a private league with my friends?

2. Can you have the equivalent of a keeper league? I want to draft teams and then continue with those teams over several seasons, building a farm system, replacing aging veterans, etc.?

Yes, one person has to act as the "commisioner" and process all sims on their CPU. You can transfer files by FTP or email.

It sounds like you are asking if there is a Dynasty/Owner mode. The answer to that is yes. Also in "Commisioner" mode you can pretty much do whatever you want. Change salaries, move players, change draft picks, infuse cash... The list of options is LOOOOOOOOOONG.Thanks.

I have found online league play to be the funnest. Playing against other human GMs is far more fun than playing the CPU. Having said that there is a portion of this forum dedicated to online leagues, another dedicated to historical sims and a third for DYnasty Reports.
