Way too much Talent from feeders??

Hi,

Modern era, standard game, latest patch, commish mode.

I played the 1st hundred seasons with no feeders, so I decided to try them for the 1st time.

My first feeder draft produced an amazing amount of talent, way too much, there were super stars available in round seven of my 25 round draft, i checked in editor and these were really super stars, they took over most of the top prospects lists.

There are normally 2-3 star pitchers in my draft, at most, the feeders made 10+

Normally 5-12 start hitters, in my feeder there were over 90+.

One feeder draft ruined the balace of my league, I added 12 top prospects, including 5 superstars to my team, I deleated the feeders and players in them in the offseason, but the damage was done.

5 seasons later I have 8 players from the draft staring on my team, as do many others, the FA market is off, as too many teams have young satars and don't need FAs.

Two questions,

1) is there a way to tone down Feeder talent to not destroy the balance of a league.
2) has anyone else had this feeder problem.
