Runservice error does not let me open

I purchased/downloaded this game. Look forward to playing it. However, every time I click to start, it says "runservice.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" followed by a new popup "ootp10.exe" that reads following"sorry could not get a license at this time. Please try running this program later 23 0"
Would really appreciate a way around this. I purchased another game from a different company some months ago, and they use runservice as well, and the same thing happens with their game, so far a waste of $50 there. I hope that this company is better at fixing the issue than they were

Just want to say I worked around the issue. Could not keep reading this board, and waiting to play the game. For future reference, at least in my own case, this seems to be fixed if I boot my computer up without being 'online' not sure why that would be, but so far, it has worked to allow me to obtain license to both games I referenced here, and has worked every day since this post... I booted up, then connected to my network, instead of the normal way that automatically does.

By the way, as an aside here...I am glad I did, this is far and away the best simulation I have played, and that goes to nearly every one ever offered on the market all the way back to APBA days. Thanks guys, great job.
