NHL Logos

I have a set of past and present (and 1 Possible Future) NHL logos ready for OOTP for people like me who like to play NHL/NFL/NBA Baseball Leagues... only first i have a question before i upload them. Is it ok to remove the TM and (R) logos from the team logos? They bug me.

EDIT: NHL_LOGOS

Preview (With and Without TM/(R))

Ask "jg2977" for help on this.

He has circular logos for all of the NHL teams that I used for a while as well. He pointed me to a site, but I don't know where it is.

Judging by Rocknfire7's NHL logos, i see no TM/(R) so a relief for me. I took the liberty of uploading them just for the heck of it.

File link removed due to needing to correct something.

Anyone who downloads this, Tell me what you think!

I'd play.

I'd keep it under 30 teams (16-20), but I'd play.

I thought the question was if it was ok to remove the TM from the logo, not a request for a set of logos.

Ohh...my bad. If I'm correct, I believe you can remove the TM from the logo if your intentions are not for commercial use or mass reproduction. found this passage at Unfair Competition and Trademark, hope this helps;
To explain, the distinction between "passing off" and "reverse passing off" is in "passing off" a
seller associates another party's mark with a good or service and with
"reverse passing off" the seller removes another's mark prior to sale.
