Customized Jersey Help

I'm having mind-boggling issues with jerseys that I do not get. Essentially, I have a team for which no created set exists. One team is the Sun City Outlaws. No matter what I do at the top of manage colors page for primary color, secondary color, etc, when I hit regenerate on jersey, nothing happens. Further, refreshing does not change the jersey color at all.

I have no clue why this is happening. Someone please help before I throw my computer away.

It didn't really help. The only thing I see is uses custom jersey, but I have deleted every instance of a custom jersey existing. I still can't regenerate anything yet no jerseys show up.

Further, I deleted the jersey folder in both the OOTP 10 folder and in my saved games folder. I even created a new league and still have the same issues!

The only option I have is "uses custom jersey" where I know it is supposed to say more than that such as single lined, pinstriped, etc. I don't get why regenerate doesn't work, but this is a MAJOR problem for me.

You should not have deleted your jerseys folder. That's where the default jerseys are located.
