Adding cash to teams?

Is there a way to quickly add cash to all teams budgets so they can afford to clean up some of the free agents? Every team is in the red by a long shot.
I started just going into each team, but i wondered if there was a faster way?
And was there ever a fix that corrected all teams from going broke?

Thanks

any ideas at all? I cant be the only one to need to add cash to all the broke teams.
I have read through the financials fix post, where there are several diff files to try and edit your self? I would just like one that works, maybe included in the patch to make the game usable?

… or anything else.

Back on topic, I just spent a couple of hours editing twenty teams' financials to my own satisfaction.

I stayed up till 4 in the morning last night creating a league with all the minors and what not.....

Got to the Rookie leagues and was about done; clicked on start date for them and.........CRASH.....

I cussed more than I do when a run gets walked in....

However, you CAN mass edit player ratings outside the game (which I do a LOT)....

Wish the new draftees would get exported when you export, so I could edit them before the draft.....

But two things that would be REAL nice would be to mass edit (or cut and paste) team finances and mass edit strategies......

Thanks for the info guys.
I did have to go through and edit the financials. It is just that with the financials/media revenue being screwed up, everyone is 50+ Million in the whole, and all my free agents will end up retiring after a year if someone doesnt sign them.
I was under the impression that the media contract was based on market size, loyalty and interest, but i have teams maxed out in all three, and their contracts dropped from 40 million to 6.5?

I hope the next patch address' these financials .

Aren't people just using the financials from 2009 instead for 2010?

I read that it fixes the problems.

It won't fix the problems, but it will keep them away once you've cured it by hand....

Ok, i will try that.
I was just hoping that it would be included in a patch so that the program can be started and played from scratch without having to manually toy with it to make it usable.
As i have seen many different opinions on what to do from that "financials" thread, can someone just type here what is currently working? Do i just copy the one file over, without having to make any changes?

Thanks.

I believe that you overwrite the Version 10 financial file with the Version 9 file.

As Questdog says, this 'fix' will not solve the problem (leagues failing to trade due to everyone being in the red), but it should prevent the problem from recurring once you have fixed it some other way.
