Managed Game Lineup Question
Getting ready to go on to the field at the top of the 9th, I was taken to the lineup screen because I had put PH in my 8th and 9th slots. I changed my 1st slot, my LF to be P, so that I could bring in a new pitcher and have him at the top of the lineup. But after I finished the lineup, I received a pop up that said that I had put a position player as a pitcher. Since the only options I had were Help or OK, I selected OK, since I knew what I had done. The same message came up again. I hit OK again. I went back to my lineup screen and it won't let me substitute a new pitcher to start the inning? Is this WAD?
EDIT: Actually, I misspoke. The pop up didn't stop after 2. It just keeps coming up. I can't do anything. Or can I? EDIT2: I decided to click on the Help button instead of OK since I definitely need help at this point. All I got was Quote:

A pitcher has to face at least one batter before he can be removed IIRC.

Then how would I go about changing the pitching position in the batting order without making that guy the pitcher. I know I've done it before, or maybe I always put the pitcher in a slot that was already slated to have a replacement due to pinch hitting or something.

You should always insert the guy you want to actually pitch into that slot before you change the position to pitcher.
