Montreal is a team that has had some success in recent years, but last year it fell to second in its division behind an up and coming Quebec team, their natural geographical rival. Their previous manager was a pretty conscientious guy and seemed to have them on a path to contend for the foreseeable future so with a move here or there this should be a fun team to watch. They have a great ace in Ralph Phillips while their best hitter is probably their 1B Julian Morejon. They have the 8th best minor league system with some cap room, but not a lot.

Oh, I forgot to mention that we're moving to OOTPX after this coming season. So we're about to start 2031, but we'll be waiting for 2032 to move to OOTPX as the latest patch for it will probably be out by then. Have or don't have OOTPX, feel free to apply.

Surprisingly, it appears as if Montreal has opened up. We're currently in the late stages of FA, but the very early stages of the draft. Montreal has 2 picks coming up in the second half of the first round so get in early and you'll be able to make them.
