All Star question

A quick question about the All Star game, is it possible to find out who will be hosting it for the current year? Or is it randomly picked at the time the game is being played?

I want to set up teams to have special emblems on their jerseys(which I'd be adding manually) to show they their hosting the all star game.

Another Question

I've actually got another question to tack on to this one (although I'm really interested to hear the answer to both). I'm creating a minor league with 1 subleague and 3 divisions. The option exists to have an All-Star Game, but I'm not sure how that would work. I don't want to mess anything up. Does anyone know if an All-Star Game is possible in this situation?

With 1 subleague there is no all-star game.

I've tried to figure it out myself, but I haven't been able to come up with anything. It looks to me like it's just generated randomly when the game is played. Hopefully, someone can prove me wrong though.

I have suggestion for you. You could decide where the All-Star Game is played each year. Create a chart, do it at random, or whatever. When the game comes up on the schedule, select "Manage" and then change whatever random park comes up. Even if you don't want to play the game out, start the game and then use the sim buttons on the bottom to finish it.

Testing this brought up another problem, however. In my league, I noticed that the National League is the home team for every All-Star Game and I can't figure out any way to change it. I can still select an American League ballpark of course, but having the NL bat last every year doesn't seem fair, does it? Is an automatically scheduled All-Star Game the only option, or is there any other way to alternate the home teams every year? Thanks.

With the spankin that the cheater league has been giving us lately, maybe we need the help. Unfortunately I have never paid that much attention to the actual game to help you on this one but I will look into it for you. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will come along and answer it for you, and me!

In case anyone's curious, this problem was fixed in patch 1. Home team now alternates every year.
