Feeder league question

I've been toying around with various setups recently and I just stumbled across something that seems odd.

I've got a feeder league set up for players aged 19-21. It seems that there are occasions where players are being generated for the feeder league teams who are older than 19. For example, I ran my test league for 20 years and just checked the last draft pool and found a player who showed up for the first time as a 21 year old. He played one season and was drafted into the majors.

Is that "normal"? I never really checked this before but it seems to me that the game should generate feeder league players who are the minimum age for that particular league.

Yes I set those numbers. My "Created Age Min" is 19 and my "Created Age Max" is 21. However it seems that the game is creating 21 year olds from time to time (not always, some of the players are younger) who play one season in the feeder league and then get drafted.

That's because your created max is 21. If you set the created min and max to 19, then all of your players will be generated at 19.

Ohhh, I see. I have to set the Age Max on the RULES tab in order to have them released into the player pool. Duh! Thanks for pointing this out!
