Accepting a trade another team initiated?

How do I accept a trade. I go to pending trades. I see the trade but I only see a delete button. How do I accept it?

If you received a mail message about the trade, you can use the respond to message button, it will give you the option of completing, rejecting, or discussing the trade (counter-offering, basically)

The offer is only good for 14 days too - if you simmed past that, you can't accept it anymore. You might still be able to offer the trade from the Trade screen though.
