What Is The Last Year Rookies ?

Hi,
How late will historical rookies be added to an existing game ?
Example: I start a 2005 "Historical" replay---what is the last year "Historical "rookies will be added in either the yearly draft or added to each team (if thats the setting,to add to their original teams).Has the latest Lathman been added to OOTP 10.Sooooo will rookies from 2008 be included,when that year comes around ?

IIRC, 2008 is the last year in the database.

What happens to players that have their ratings updated yearly and it's run past 2k8?
Do they have huge drop offs or does the AI take over and start using random development curves?
