Adjust Scouting Budget?

Search turned up nothin'...

How, as GM of a MLB team, can you adjust your scouting budget? It lets me type in a number but no matter what I try, it is not saving my changes.

I believe you can only do it in the offseason? Is this where you are trying?

You can only adjust your scouting budget in the preseason. I think the problem you're facing is that if you are already over budget you can only spend half of the league average on scouting and hence no change will save - you will be defaulted to this amount.
