Salary offerings

I made a mention of this in OOTP9 and I thought this was going to change in 10

I do not see a screen where you can go to that lists the salary offers that you make to players. I would like to have a screen you can go to that would show a snapshot of all the offers you make not just to free agents but to your existing players

Maybe I am just missing that option, please correct me if I am wrong

Under the transactions section on the left hand side of the manager home page their is a link that says "sign free agents/view pending offers"

That will take you to a screen showing you all the offers you have on the table whether they are extensions or new free agents. I am assuming this is what you are talking about.
