Background Specific

As I get ready to import my league into X once released, there is a short list of improvements Id like to do for my league.

Now heres a question for you guys. One thing that bugs me is that background pics in facegen are in one folder, so a guy in A ball has the same chance of havign the same ballpark as a guy at any other level.

Id like parks specific to that level only. Is this possible?

NO, I dont want to at the start of every year allocate a teams pics one by one by putting only certain backdrops in, updating that specific team, and then doing this one by one for each team...

Yeah, I know this will likely be moved to modding section or suggestions for next version....

I'm amazed that we have reached the point in the game where a subject like this can even come up. Neat.

Agreed. This kind of "realism" is waaaaayyyyyyy down on the priority list, as far as I am concerned.

I was only asking if this was currently possible.. not asking for an add on coded in 2-3 weeks before release. I dont have a PDF manual for my copy of 2008 and was just wondering.

I work professionally on games graphics, so Im not asking for something to fall form the sky, I am aware of process, I simply wasnt sure if it was in the current realm of the game.

You know, graphics guys ALWAYS disrespect the coding team....

Hey, really, I wasn't. I honestly think it's great that we've come far enough that you can bring this up and that it actually makes sense.

I'm not for the idea or against it. I just think that it's neat that we're at the point where it can be brought up.

I'd love to see this as an option. Go team specific with backgrounds or go universal.

Actually, it can be done manually at this point, but it's a pain to have to close the game change the background selections and then generate for each team. Much too time consuming.

Lol! Yeah I read it after and felt like a jerk!!! I seriously meant it in joking fashion!

Anyhow.. appreciate the help. I can get by as is and will enjoy the other solid things the game CAN do.
