PSUColonel Hall Of Famer Join Date: Feb 2002 Posts: 13,144	Question about adding leagues When in the calender year (within the game) is the best time to add a league?m(if any) I am currently playing a league based on the MLB and it's minors, and would like to add the Nippon or other leagues.
