Owner control of Budget

I hope this option is left out of the game. The problem i have seen mainly in online leagues is that the owner cannot project into the future and see how the GM (you) are making moves to get finances under control in the next and coming years and thus forces you to trade or release players that you would have the ability to sign if you had the opportunity as you do in real life to explain your moves to the owner.

I know it is presently an option but many Commissioners don't understand the potential problems it presents for certain teams

If there was a 5 year plan for the franchise you could set that'd be great.
